Selected in a Big4 firm and one MNC shortlisting is going on, hopefully will be selected within 7-8 days.The MNC will be offering good package,but Big4 is just giving 20% hike in my salary and waiting for my decision to say yes or no,to proceed further with offer letter. Query :1. If I say yes to the Big4, and when they issue the offer letter,and then I reject, can they blacklist me. 2. Someone less than 1 year of experience earns $69k. I’m also PHR certified and have 5+ years of progressive experience in all functions of HR. Drowning. Joined firm last summer, brought a decent little book, primarily litigation associate. I’ve been buried in numerous matters from my transferring clients and matters at my new, small-ish firm. I get consistently favorable results, im in the office all week, manage all my cases independently. After 6 months, just told billables are too low, turnaround time is too high, and theyre concerned about my fit. I feel like I’ve just been launched into a bunch of matters with little/no guidance.

Any thoughts on Legility vs. Relativity in terms of eDiscovery software? Or is there another I’m not aware of?

I added a well recognized litigator in my area at a top firm on LinkedIn... reason being is that I’m a first year in litigation and hope to accomplish at least half the things he has in my career. So it’s interesting to see his takes on things when he engages on a post.

I’m tempted to send him a personal message, not for a job or anything, but honestly just to ask “how he did it” and what advice he might give.
