Think long term. L&D is great but there will likely be a salary cap and learning potential nothing like in audit. Also skills aren’t as transferable if you decide to leave pwc. As an audit professional you have many more opportunities as you progress and are a revenue driver whereas in L&D you are not. Only do it if you truly feel this is your calling and you will be the best at it and move up the ranks.
