3 hour interviews are exhausting. I’m not used to talking this much. Next time I’ll have a glass of water next to me.

I’m not sure I fully understand Amazons pay structure. I’m applying for a Sr. Customer Success manager role but the base is low. The sign on bonus may help and the go forward RSU’s…but it seems so unstable. What are the pros and cons of working with Amazon?

Hey Gente, Im applying for jobs and I wanted to get others opinion on the race part of the application process. As an indigenous LatinX I worry that if I put indigenous it won’t tick the “diversity” box for the algorithm or recruiters. I work with (not in) the I&D dept at my company and our target recruiting groups don’t include or mention indigenous. Any recruiters here that have insight?

Current market rate for Sr. Product Marketers?
I'm in several later stage interviews for Sr PMM roles at Series D companies and am trying to gauge what comp I should be asking for.
- Can anyone share their comp (base, bonus rsu's)?
- how do you account for RSUs for pre ipo companies? Just consider it as $0 until ipo?

Hi fishes! Nagarro declined the counter offer letter ₹33,00,000 + shares worth 4.5LPA

I've 6+ yrs experience (mobile dev.)

Nagarro offered 18LPA. Initially I told HR for 22 but he mentioned 18 into their internal portal to their senior so after clearing all interview rounds I got 18.

When I asked the HR, he told me to accept it for now and bring the counter offer letter so they can revise offer letter.

But now they declined. Weird.

I recently had an interview with the hiring manager and they did 95% of the talking. It was the weirdest interview I’ve ever had. I didn’t know whether to interrupt and get a question and some comments in or stay quiet and listen. I couldn’t even gauge how it went. Has this happened to you.?
Also on average how many jobs do people typically interview for before they get an offer?

It seems like everyone is in agreement that switching firms gives you a salary boost, but that you could be viewed as someone that doesn’t stick around. Has anyone felt like they got held back from jumping firms every 2-3 years for the salary bump? I know peers that bounced around 2-4 times in a 7 year span and they are making significantly more money than if they stayed at their first job, however it didn’t seem like any of the new companies cared that they bounced around. Other experiences?

I have been told not to bill for this but if I didn't have to spend time to do such things my billable hours would be higher
