I recently accepted an offer from IDFC BANK but got a better offer today.
I like IDFC more due to better tech stack and overall work culture(As per my friend).
Please help me decide

On your resume how do you list all the multiple positions you had at the same company? Just including my current title (eg senior manager) for my entire time would be misleading but listing out all the positions and corresponding dates takes up too much space.

Went from IT Audit -> Analyst. 58k to 150k. 2018->2021. I wouldn’t do a masters unless you absolutely feel like you need it. There are so many online resources to help you. Don’t try and jump to big tech company first. Get your feet wet and some random company and get the basic analytics and programming fundamentals down then move after a year or so.

Any retention bonuses for people in tax at the senior level?

Where can I get the ability to take days off last minute and flexibility in schedule outside of public accounting? That’s the only reason I stay at my firm, other than that I hate busy season sooo much.
