Any in-house counsel in here willing to post their company, level or YOE, and total comp breakdown? If you’re comfortable, please consider posting both your current stats and what your stats were when you first moved in-house. If there’s any other information that you want to share, please include that too (e.g., hours, interesting perks, etc.). Info on in-house salaries is pretty hard to come by, and it would be great to compile some data points here! Facebook Amazon Google Netflix Apple
Hello Fishes, I am new here and would like your inputs on the Grade, Designation & Basic salary in TCS. 1. Is the Grade - 'C3B' & Designation - 'ASC - Associate Consultant' correct for 11 years and 6 months of experience ? 2. And is the Basic salary offered in TCS very less than the Market standard? Thanks in Advance 🙏🏼

No RSUs is concerning. Unless you want to stay there long term, you can do better.
Isn’t an EM at McKinsey typically 3 YOE post-MBA? I think that post is very misleading

Great offer, curious as to why no RSU’s? Usually that’s where the major upside is with tech.
Sounds solid
No RSUs?
Ok, well still a great offer. I’d take it with your YOE. Nice work!
Take the money.
What are your other options, and your skillset? You're probably not getting that much somewhere else in the strategy space right now unless you have some skills/experience uncommon among consultants, so I'd probably take it.
Appropriate for 3YE. No reason not to take it from compensation standpoint
No brainer..what’s the % increase from your current role?
At 100k TC and raise was just announced that would bring me to 125k-130k TC. So either 55% or ~20% depending on how you look at it
