Wanted to know how long do they take to come back ? Since today is the last day of accepting the offer , should I just accept this offer and would they still revise it after accepting it ? Got selected in Accenture for 'Associate Manager' position. I have 8 YoE. HR round today. Someone please tell me what's the maximum salary I can ask the HR? My expectation is 22 LPA fixed (I know Accenture has 20% variable pay). Is this fair amount or is there a chance HR can agree over and above 22 LPA as well?

Got an offer from Accenture but they have mentioned only fixed pay and not the salary breakup which is very strange because I have not had any such experience with any other company. On asking the HR, she said there are no deductions from this fixed pay apart from PF and the salary breakup would be given to you on the day of joining. Is this strange or common?

We rate against four company values and five competencies. It was easy to define the rating scale against the competencies, but I'm having a really hard time defining them for the values. I work for a small business and on March 4th I was offered a higher level position with a much higher set of responsibilities. I was excited and agreed pending a conversation regarding salary that was to take place one week later on 3/11. I immediately saw that I was being tasked projects and added to emails that had to do with my new title and as a team player, I did my part. Hi! I have a big move coming soon and would like to know what is the average salary for a creative lead in a big agceny in NY.

I work at a small agency. I asked for a raise and was told you can get one in a few months if you do X,Y,Z but also keep in mind you make (on the low end of) what your position should make.

My question is—I wear many hats within my agency because we’re small and growing—So while I may be an art director, when needed I’m also a PA, or a production designer etc... SO shouldn’t my salary reflect that??
