Hi everyone! Does anyone in here work for Omada Health ? I have an interview next Wednesday for a PT Member Support Agent role and am unclear on what the pay could be. Glassdoor has the pay estimate at 42k-48k, but I found a comment where someone in the same role mentioned only getting paid $12/hr. I have 8 years of experience as a CSR but I’ve had a couple year gap in between now and my last job. TIA Any advice helps .

Petulant child...wow...if you had been through 1/10th of 1% of what this guy had been through your head would have exploded! Six independent FBI investigations, politically motivated insanity, non-stop assaults on his character, his family threatened interminably and here you are picking apart his testimony and life and you don’t know the first thing about him...yeah, I’m sure your characterization impacts him
Dr. Ford can't recall dates, locations, events before, events after, and all four witnesses that she says were there that night already went on record as being unable to support her version of events under felony penalty of perjury and none of you even blink. Yet, people latch on to accounts of high school drinking as evidence of his character? - implying that he must have done this without any actual evidence to support the accusations. I'd be upset too if my life were turned upside down by this kind of political circus. How many of you would like to be held to this standard?
You can start by not telling a bunch of obvious lies under oath
To start with, change the culture where victims of sexual assault are more comfortable in reporting these incidents earlier. Yelling at the 50% of the board members is certainly not going to cut it
You should also blame it all on the Clintons. I think that will show you to be eminently qualified.
Accusing half the board members of smear tactics and prostrating yourself at the altar of the chairman of the board wouldn’t help, for starters
But the fact remains, it is easy to tarnish the reputation of any individual by alleging assault when it is impossible to prove he said / she said.
I personally don’t like Kavanaugh, but I do think the way some of this handled (by both parties) is disgusting.
If the "someone from high school who comes forward" is highly credible, voluntarily took a lie detector test, told her psychiatrist about the assault 6 years earlier, testified under oath, under penalty for perjury, had nothing to gain and everything to lose by coming forward (death threats among other things), then you are likely guilty, and there is enough doubt about your innocence to disqualify you from the position.
Well first off this is a job interview as you said. Due process doesn’t apply here because it’s not a court room. I also wouldn’t lie at any point of my interview, I’d insist on an immediate investigation to prove your innocence with testimony from eye witnesses, and not appear like a petulant child when questioned.
Since due process really doesn’t exist anymore and her word has more weight than his.
A1: What gambling? Any sources on that claim? If he had a gambling problem, how did he pass 6 FBI background checks where a gambling problem would have disqualified him?
I have a general question for the anti-Kavanaugh crowd, when Judge gets interviewed by the FBI next week and says he doesn’t remember/it didn’t happen are you guys going to let it go and say Ford lied or write it off as the Boy’s Club supporting each other?
And at least some of these “other accusers” have turned out to be politically motivated copycats that just wanted to heap fuel on the fire who have already apologized for lying and are now facing potential criminal charges, and considering how weird and the timeline and changing narrative of this has been - not to mention Ford’s history as a lefty political activist - I’m not convinced any of this is real. Just as likely people freaked out over “roe v wade will be overturned if we don’t do something!!!” and baked this up as an 11th hour “if all else fails” bomb to drop. Maybe Ford was groped as a teenager, but was it Kav who did it? Or did he just get assigned that honor to help an activist save roe v wade?
People don’t come forward to stop you from taking a private business position. Your accuser wouldn’t even know
It’s possible to corroborate or disprove the story. Notably, it’s not a he said - she said. There was a third person there allegedly. Maybe someone should ask him about it — not just some vague statement via a lawyer
It’s an issue to begin with that kavanaugh’s character is far from unimpeachable given his drinking, gambling, and hot headedness. That’s the easy start. I am a decent human being and consistent across contexts
While the “investigation” is going on, board of directors grow impatient and go with a less qualified candidate, leaving you out of a job. Oh and you can’t work a high level position ever again because of the reputation harm.
More likely to fit the analogy is a change in directors leads to the selection of different candidate. We all know in consulting how important timing is and it’s amazing how many people are ignoring that to go along with a ridiculous allegation without evidence to jeopardize your career
Is there value in this conversation? It’s obvious none of you (us) are going to say anything that will convince anyone else to change their (our) position

Unfortunately Dr. Ford chose not to have the matter investigated when it may have occurred nearly 40 years ago, and hasn't been able to produce any evidence to support her claims now.
