30/60/90/120 day plans for a sales role interviews: any non-obvious ones to include?!

Would like your advices. Awhile back I applied and was video interview for a position at a competitor. I suspect I wouldn’t get it based on the vibes they gave off. Now randomly I get an email from one of their recruiter asking if I was interested to apply for a similar position. Should I even bother? It might be with the same people.

Received an offer today…really like the company and role but,
They offered me less than what I’m making now, I’m currently fully remote and this role would be hybrid, meaning I would have increased gas costs and clothing costs as well.
The positives are that they pay for relocation and offered a 10k sign-on bonus (although I would have to pay back if I leave before two years).
I have other potential offers coming as soon as next week. Thoughts on what I should do?

Trying to explain to my non consulting friend that your salary can climb by 60k easily in 4 years. Please share your experiences of this guys (more examples the better)

Just got an offer from a BB in a sweaty coverage group. I’m a 1st year analyst at a MM tier II bank right now, coming in as a lateral. The offer is 85k + 10k signing (I will lose my original signing bonus bc of clawback and the bonus I’ve been accruing here ~15k). Currently working as a process engineer in switzerland (south east). Salarys and Rent are Medium High. Current salary around 80k. Trying to switch to sales (same company). Had a talk with the teamleader. He talked about the job and told me that they were actually looking for a junior sales (and some product management responsibilities ). That they are looking for a junior isn't to bad, because i have no experience in sales (customer contact yes, but no sales) What salary can i expect?

Been since May 23rd that I’ve completed my background check. Called the 3rd party company and they said the background check has been sent to the hiring company for review as of last Friday. Should I wait another day before following up with my recruiter about the status of the background check? I don’t suspect there to be any crazy thing, but I’m just anxious. I applied for a job based on the job description and now have an interview with the Recruiter in the next couple of days. In preparation for the interview I did some research and have serious concerns about the company. E.g., most of the most recent Glassdoor reviews describe the company as a "sinking ship" with poor benefits and poor leadership.

How would you approach this situation? Would you mention the bad reviews to the recruiter? Cancel? Continue and see what happens?

Have you done a background check on yourself? Why/what error or issue did you find?

What’s the average response time after a final interview for a job offer or rejection

I was on PTO last week and had some follow up interviews for a role I was interested in.

The bad news is, I promptly forgot to send thank you notes! (Family PTO in Disney/Kennedy Space Center - so a bit crazed!). I am back in the office today and sent the notes... but, I am wondering how big an issue this could be.

Out of curiosity, how bad is it to apply to the same job twice and let’s say within two weeks. I guess like let’s say I have a more updated resume two weeks later and want the employer to see my most updated one instead? Also, I have had many jobs before and should I take out the ones that are irrelevant? At the same time, I don’t want the employer to think I have a gap year or something.
