McKinsey & Company Bain & Company Hiiii! I’ve been at my job for a year and a couple of months now & I’ve gotten rather bored because the work is repetitive, not challenging, and hasn’t really allowed me to learn or grow as much as I would’ve liked to. Given how I’m still paying a ton of money for my postgrad in Business Comms (that I haven’t really gotten the chance to use), I’ve been thinking of entering the world of consulting. Any word of advice? PwC McKinsey & Company Bain & Company Boston Consulting Group KPMG

Get the patches to go over the spots. It helped me so much.
Ditto. CosRx patches really helped me stop picking. And don’t really show up on camera
Use differin gel. Research it before you use it. It will make you purge which could be a shock if you are not mentally prepared.
Use PIMPLE PATCHES! I also have a problem popping zits 😅 Clean your face, put on your skincare, give like 5 mins or so for products to dry/get absorbed then smack on a pimple sticker. Over the next few hours the zit pus will get sucked up by the sticker. Some brands are transparent enough to wear when you're out or even cover over with makeup (extra bonus to avoid irritating your pimple!). I recommend Neogen's Clear Spot Patch or Some By Mi's Clear Spot Patch. Not a fan of the popular Cosrx ones because I have oily skin and the stickers don't stay on as well.

Find something that gets rid of most of your pimples- it worked wonderssss for me.
Did Accutane in college and two years went to a dermatologist that told me Im still getting acne due to birth control, so prescribed me Spiralactone. Now I only breakout a little before my time of month, so I only pick once a month and theres only about two tiny pimples I pick.
I had the worst adult ache, and then I learned I was stripping my skin too much, which is what caused the acne. I started using gentle cleansers, Inkylist niacinamide twice a day, and then Paula’s Choice AHA/BHA. Most importantly, I started moisturizing twice a day. Like others, I use pimple patches to prevent picking. But everyone’s skin is different, so check with your dermatologist.
Accutane saved me.
