Sexual harassment complaints against women are never looked upon in any organisation. Doesnât matter who raises it. People donât want to believe something like that could happen.
The only option is to move out. I would advise you not to raise any complaints but if thereâs an exit interview, mention that on the last day that this was the reason you are moving out. Or send an email to the HR department on the last day that such things happened and you didnât want to continue in that organisation after that.

Why are you still thinking. Exploitation of any kind is steict no at workplace. In these cases even evidence is not required, but still will suggest you to Collect some evidence and file a complain against her in HR. In all companies, there is a dedicated team to handle such cases. Be brave

I know it may sound not brave. But better option is to move out than hanging on to such toxic place .
Please move out and even don't mention in exit interview. Its not easy to blame a female for sexual harassment.Due to men dominated society from long time now women are having strong laws and sympathy.

Sometimes we feel like fighting back, dhishummm but I rarely see something as successful or maybe I am not aware of.
If it's an MNC stock market listed company then they will try to save the image as IT is already under huge pressure.
