Job base salary presented by HR during screening interview was $130-$145k. I have 3-5 years more experience and more education compared to the posting requirements (BA required, I have a MS). I asked for revised compensation from infosys based on parallel offer letter and got below response:
Compensation is determined for various roles, based on the competency and the experience a candidate comes in with. We also look at ensuring parity amongst any other internal employee with similar competency.  Considering these facts, we will not be in position to change compensation.
Please advise how to negotiate further.
