We may be close to the end of the road on options. Anyone here gone down the Gestational Carrier route, and have advice to share? I have been trying to conceive for a year now. I am 34. After 6 months, went to the RE and found that I have prolactinoma and hypothyroidism. I have been taking the medicines for both. Went for one cycle of timed intercourse and Femara + trigger shot led to cysts for a couple of months. Now back to trying naturally. Husband’s semen analysis was normal. What would you recommend? My husband did his semen analysis last week and his morphology came out to be low i.e. 2 (normal range 2.5 to 4). He had done it couple of times few years ago and results were great. My doctor said I should check with fertility clinic for assessment. The appointments are not available immediately. Wanted to get guidance on these results. Anyone has been in a similar boat? Are these results really scary? His motility seems to be fine. Do these results fluctuate? Hope to hear back. Thank you!

Are there any tests you can get done to understand your fertility? I have PCOS and cannot start trying until next year or two. I would like to know if there will be any issues with conceiving due to my PCOS. I’m 29 right now. I asked my OBGYN and she said that unless I start trying, there’s not much in terms of testing she can do and that she wouldn’t recommend it. Has anyone ever gotten any fertility tests done to understand if you’ll have future issues?
