I've been approached by other companies, but I wouldn't like to leave, the only reason I would consider moving to a new job is the salary. Should I be open and discuss it with my LM? The formal salary review process is approaching in 2 months, but no way I could get a good salary increase in the formal process, I believe the max could be 6%-7%.

Help / advice needed pls! I started a new job a few weeks ago and a few days before I started I found out that I’m pregnant. It’s my dream job and I’m loving it. BUT I’ve got 6 months probation, how can I tell my boss and make sure I will still pass probation? I want to continue in this role! Second problem, I have to go into the office in a couple of weeks and I’m starting to show. But I’m not ready to tell them yet. This situation is incredibly awkward and stressful.

How do you go about not underselling yourself on a resume/interview while also not exaggerating your accomplishments? I have a lot of team/group experience but I think it would be an exaggeration to just say for example “formulated Omni-channel marketing plan targeting gen x consumer in consideration of a buy now pay later plan”. I had a role on a team and contributed, but I have heard recruiters are off put by stating you were part of a team effort since they don’t know your contribution to it.
