Any suggestions on securing an interview with Apple in Austin in a senior quality manager role? I interviewed with them late last year for a role but didn't make it to offer phase. I've been in quality for over 20 years spanning several industries. Just looking to cut thru the applicant pool if anyone can help. Apple

Sleep as much as you can now! I thought my sleep was terrible during the 3rd trimester and boy was I wrong lol. I’m almost 10 weeks PP and the sleep depreciation is real!

The only scary part is the lack of sleep and you got a night doula. You'll be fine :)
I’m at 33W and all I can say is that I completely empathize. I’m exhausted and it’s like I got hit by a freight train. I’ve started blocking my calendar for 30m in the morning and the afternoon for a nap, and am firmly laptop down by 9PM. Take care, mama! 💗 You are not alone.
Soon you’ll be able to hold your sweet baby in your arms. You’ve got this 💪 ! And start transitioning early so you’re more the backup at this point

Sleep as much as you can, the sleep deprivation is horrible/torture after birth.
I am sure that you are doing fine, keep working to sabe those days with your baby if you can do it.
Sleep, start transitioning your work, delegate like crazy, and do not feel bad declining or settinf boundaries around early/late calls. Schedule naps with yourself during the day, take a real lunch break, and stay active during the day if possible to help w back pain etc. I walk around during calls, bounce on a yoga ball, and put my feet up on a chair to help with swelling.
Im 36w+5 and working until my due date 😭 i am going to start taking 1 day of pto per week on my appointment days (which have also turned into errand days).
Thank you all. I have transitioned my stuff, so now I play the back up principal role, don't front end anything with the client and directly own bunch of smaller stuff. It's just the tiredness and hence lack of motivation. Thanks for all the tips, will try these. The guilt factor and fomo at work giving I am not playing the lead role is also high but it is what it is.
I was same at that point. I swear I took some sort of catnap every day in thr last few months of being pregnant. …and this was five years ago…not work from home world.
I would work from home sometimes to make that easier.
Or if I was driving to an afternoon meeting I’d leave an extra half hour to nap in car before meeting. :)
My baby came early (36 weeks) and the crazy exhaustion immediately completely went away (I mean…another kind started with sleepless nights….but it was clearly different)
Don’t be afraid you are being lazy etc….just give yourself body the rest it needs.
That said. I exercised thr entire time ans it made recovery so much easier…so fit that in too :). (I was good early in day and went to trainer early am same as before pregnant. Just pooped by mid afternoon)
