I use CBD gummies to help sleep and reduce stress. I believe that CBD gummies are much less harmful/toxic than using alcohol for dealing with current stressors of teaching right now. My husband also CBD cream for his back pain, and he swears by the results.
I use a cbd mint micro fused with a tiny amount of thc for anxiety. It’s been a game changer.
The edible gummies help me to sleep. Like another poster said, they also help with anxiety. One small edible, typically 2.5-5 mg make a positive difference in my mental state.

I’ve been a heavy recreational cannabis user for most of my adult life. I’ve tried THC and CBD for hip pain and found both to be useless. I’ve advocated for legalization my whole life, too, and I’ve heard many anecdotal stories of the benefits of cannabis, but I’ve never experienced any pain relief.
However, I never get headaches, I sleep REALLY well, and I’m as calm as can be pretty much all the time. Other than some pain in my hip, I’m in fantastic shape. I feel very healthy for my age.
(It might be worth noting that I abstain from alcohol altogether.)
I use it as a self-medicating for years to help with anxiety. It helps calm my brain to fall asleep and stay asleep without the fog of melatonin.
No, but I’ve been through chemo and if I ever have to do it again (knock on wood), I would use it in a minute for nausea. I’ve heard it works well for that.
Have used CBD/THC 5:1 for migraines and pain from car accident-- depending on need. I began trying it when it was legalized for rec use and could get easily without a card. I was using far too frequent ibprophen and most other migraine meds I'd become used to and they only worked very short term and brought side effects.
It took awhile for me to find out about the 5:1 ratios and also about different products. Also, have used Mary's salve for back pain and that stuff works like nuts!
I honestly now feel it should be illegal that they withhold medicine like this. My migraines have been altered with Dysport and CBD. My pain in my back was sometimes keeping me from walking or needing to sit. This stuff is gold in my mind.

It’s legal in Michigan. I think if you have a medical marijuana card there’s no taxes. Recreational is taxed.
I don’t have a medical card, but I believe that’s how it goes here in Arizona. Card holders also have additional product available to them than do recreational users. The rules and regulations are mind boggling.
My partner uses high quality CBD to treat his eosinophilia esophagitis.

I hope he finds the relief he deserves.

I too went through chemo bc of cancer. I agree. I would use it in a heartbeat if I had to go through it again (yes, knock on wood).
