I just became co-chair of our the Asian group at our holding company. Need your help with ideas to help improve our program I was thinking mentorship, events and speakers focused on industry topics. If you had an Asian focused group in D&I, what would you be interested in?

Has anyone ever felt like some of the feedbacks you received is because you are Asian? Like i keep being told that I sound unsure, unconfident and not poised enough.. I've been told once that I didn't have enough presence on a call but.. I did the presentation so I talked 90% of the call..

I'm currently full-time and all the "contract" hiring type is new for me.

Could please anyone help me with:

1- How to calculate an hour rate that covers all the benefits that a contract doesn't covers, like extended health insurance?
2- How do you pay CPP, and all the other expenses that company discount from your salary when you're full-time?
3- is it legal that company requires a mandatory schedule, when you're in "contract"?
