42f- 40-55. Honestly, 48-50 is my sweet spot. Too bad they mostly carry so much baggage it never goes anywhere.

like

Can you please elaborate? For a while now I’ve had 5 years down, 10 years up, but a friend firmly believes I should be targeting 48+

Find it kinda gross that many M will date younger but not even 1 year older? And some women won't date even one year younger.

At least they align.

When I was living in Chicago, I met the first one in my church. Then I had to move due to work, I met the second one at a country club. I moved again, I met one at my workplace when I had two weeks left for my contract to end. They all approached me nicely and respectfully. And were also unsure if I would go out on a date with them. I accepted and I have always enjoyed all our dates. I’m two weeks old in a new city, I met one at a gym. I decline because I was not interested. Yes, they can be very active and adventurous. Don’t test them 😂. Also, places that host sports events like golf, polo, car race, exclusive cigar lounges, restaurants at nice hotels. You can even approach them with a conversation if you spot they are relaxed and open for a brief chat. I was surprised to find out that the ones I’ve met were humble and not judgmental. They admired some feminine energy around them 😂.

I am looking to gain certification or other credentialing in diversity and inclusion, not only because it would look good on my resume both for future job-search purposes and also to become better educated in this area, which is growing in importance. I looked at SHRM's "Inclusive Workplace Culture Specialty Credential" and got a bit of "sticker shock" at the cost - $1,655.00 for members. Does anyone have other suggestions on training/credentialing in this area?
