I have an interview with a hiring manager this week for a position at Amazon that I applied to months ago. I recently got a promotion at my current firm though - should I bring up my promo/new title during the interview since it’s not on the resume they have? Could it help me look more qualified to the interviewer?
“Do you guys wanna see me eat pizza?”

Hi ladies! Given how supportive this group has always been, I wanted to share this extensive crowdsourced doc made by some friends/peers for anyone looking to support local efforts/organizations in India using international credit cards. Things are getting really bad there. Sharing for your networks, families, friends, coworkers etc. Thank you!

Definitely see an OBGYN asap
My mom has sImilar issues around same age . We found out that she had some issues with uterus , she ignored it for a while. I would suggest see good obgyn asap
I would get a second opinion OP. Vomiting seems very strange.
Please go see an obgyn ASAP. Sounds like a cyst or uterus issue
Did you have an ultrasound? Mine got really heavy post kids. Eg I can bleed though a super
Plus tampon in 1-2 hours on 2nd day. I was told post pregnancy the uterus has a larger surface area hence more bleeding.
Yes agreed. There is no returning to “pre” in so many ways....
Definitely visit your doc because there could be something there. I experienced horrible periods around the same age and it turned out to be nothing but my doc put me on continuous birth control pills, so no periods at all! It is wonderful. Female gynos for the win.
Definitely second a female gyno
I don’t vomit but get extreme nausea when PMSing. Continuous pill for the win.
Note: I have endometriosis and the nausea might be related
Are you on the pill? Fibroids?
Hmm—okay because long term pill use will make your period shorter. Fibroids make you have heavy periods so was thinking maybe you have that combo,
May be a sign of cysts. Go get checked out!
I’ve talked to my gyno and he says everything is fine
Thank you - that’s a good call
I am 43 and have had my period become regular like clockwork, be very heavy like you for 2-3 days then just end. No pain, no vomiting, no cramps, nada. I plan on seeing my obgyn but I wonder in the meantime if it is normal for women who have no kids like us, OP, and are getting older...?!?!?
What kind of ultrasound? Transvaginal ultrasounds or a sonohysterogram will pick up more on imaging than a standard ultrasound. Short, very heavy periods with vomiting doesn’t sound normal. I’d push for more imaging.
That’s helpful. Mine was a transvaginal ultrasound
