Newly promoted senior here, ever since I updated my LinkedIn I’ve been getting a lot of messages from recruiters, I’m not looking to exit my current role. Do I just ignore these messages or should I be responding in any way?

There’s this attorney at my firm who has a massive litigation docket. We were staffed on a matter together and he basically took the matter over and didn’t let me help (not copying me on anything).
I recently received an email on that matter saying that discovery was never answered. I think the managing partner thinks I’m still staffed on this case. I am a bit taken aback that I was not allowed to touch the case when it wasn’t even being worked up by the senior. Any advice?

Recently married and I feel like my husband is having a midlife crisis. He is in investment banking and hates his life but loves the pay. He has no interest in consulting.
