3rd week unassigned...and I’m the only senior in our office not on a project, should I be concerned? Demand manager tells me not to worry, but I can’t help but be anxious!

Planning to leave PA this year. When would be a good time to leave? I’m on a 12/31 public client - our TPE is next month, some of our WTs have started, interim work starts in Oct, issuing EBP in June.

Completed 3 months at EY GDS, still no project allocation! My rank is 44 and have around 4.8 years of experience (12.5 fixed CTC). Should I search for other job outside or wait here to get a project? Kindly advice !

Hi guys ,So I am a fresher joined Deloitte as a campus hire so I really dont know how everything works in corporate yet. Its been close to two months now and yet I havent been allocated to any project. I asked manager and she told me to just keep check in with a senior team member who is working on a project and she asked me to basically do shadow work.but that client doesnt want data to be shared with anyone else who isnt on project so that senior team member cant give me any work.What do i do?

My team has no bench... Next project was supposed to be 2SA and 2EA... Manager just informed me that they will only be staffing 2EAs (me and one other), but the scope hasn't changed.

New SM at a firm and asked to lead a difficult project with abrasive client that 6+ SMs before me have cycled through and all been rolled off. I don’t have much of a choice being new to the firm… or do I? My thought was to sell my own role elsewhere (have lots of relationships) but the freight train has left the station & being on boarded to the challenging environment instead. Tips aside from - just do it & prove them all wrong? Can’t phone it in because I’m new. Any advice is welcomed

They gave large raises to 95% of our employees across all specialties (some called what they got "life changing") but our group was overlooked or disregarded with no explanation! Now we are losing employees (4 have put in notices in the last 3 weeks and pretty much everyone is looking). Any suggestions on getting someone to reassess our wage?
