An urgent query as I have to respond to an offer letter by EOD today.
May I know what is the coverage amount for Domiciliary / hospitalisation / life cover for SCON. I went through the offer but not able to locate anywhere. Called HR and they say that they will get back by Monday next week. And in that case, they will re-send offer.
I highly doubt, that if offer lapses, they would re-extend it.
Could you please help me out with the query.

I’m pretty positive I’m close to getting an offer for an in house ACD role at a fintech company. The recruiter said it’d be 167k base with about 61k in equity for a total yearly comp of around 228k. I’m new to equity in an offer and would love some advice on if I should negotiate for more or less on both base or equity, and what equity really means from a pro and con point of view.
