Is an MBA really worth it for a career pivot?
Hello, I have received an offer from Southwest Airlines as a Associate Technology Analyst with their direct college hire program. Will be graduating in May with a degree in MIS and also have internships experience as a Business Systems analyst intern. The salary compensation started off at 66,500 but was looking for the 75k range and they got back to me saying the best they can do is 68,500. They also have a 401k company match up to 9.3%. Do you think this is a solid offer for this job market?
Hello all,
I am currently in the process for interviewing for a role at Amazon for their office in Basildon in corporate (HR if it wasn't implied by my title). Spoke to the recruiter and on my application it will be £55k base but wondered what level is that and what leeway I have for bonus (sign on) and what is the RSU looking like. I am also needing some help if possible please on the interview process as I would really like to get this since it is my dream job.
Any help appreciated.

Ignore the above. Your recruiter will share the interview format for all steps of the process in detail, you just need to ask. First round is 2x45min interviews, with 30min during each dedicated to a case interview.
The case interview is critical. Practice lots of cases with a case partner, and then a consultant once you think you’re ready. Recruiting will set up a mock case interview for you with a BCG consultant if you ask them to. Good luck!
Best to prepare for at least 1 month for the case interview, ideally 3 months since you’re working and probably won’t have much time to dedicate. Get in as much varied case practice as you can, and make sure to spend time fine tuning your delivery (so that it doesn’t come across as canned/textbook, being flexible and conversational is important).
