What types of investments should one make in their Roth IRA? Since the gains are tax free, shouldn’t Roth be used for relatively short-term trades instead of long-term hold as one doesn’t have to worry about short-term cap gains?
Also, is backdoor roth rollover one time event or can i contribute 6k every year to traditional IRA and roll that over every year to my Roth? Noob here

Asked for a couple of hours off over a weekend for mental health reasons and was told that I can’t take time off and that I should “just hang in there”. This comes after working back-to-back 80hr weeks for no real reason (not closing anytime soon). Didn’t think it’s a lot to ask for but the senior I work with wants me to be available all the time. Is this something I should bring up with HR and if so how?

Hi everyone! I just found out that tenants pay broker fee in Boston. Usually landlords cover this. Is the rental market set up in a way that you have to go through a broker and there is no way to avoid this fee ? Appreciate any information you can provide. Thanks !
