I did move on from that, lol. Better salary but longer commute. Better overall benefits too. I loved that company but I couldn't deal with leadership anymore.
I'm in the same boat. Not as good as that package, but heading toward a big promotion in the fall that will double my salary. This is year 11 at my org.

It's from a Lead role to a Director role that requires three certifications. So it is a very big jump.

6 weeks for PTO is okay but everything else is great. If you’re satisfied definitely stay
That sounds pretty good to me! A higher salary doesn't always make up for a worse work-life balance. I think it depends where your priorities are.
