Currently in Sales Ops, previously a BDR at smaller company. 2 YOE. I'm thinking about switching over to consulting. I want to go back to client facing but at a strategic level without focusing too much on selling. Any advice? Referrals? I'm within healthcare.
Expecting a baby this summer. Should I still be looking for other job opportunities? EY has a very generous paternity leave if you’ve been with the firm for 1+ years, but not sure if I would have the same opportunity to take 2-3 months leave if I switch jobs. Can I potentially work parental leave into negotiations?
Speaking of boutique firms. What's the name of the trendy millennial one with crazy health benefits that was ranked #1 recently for fun and WLB? I think it was in PA and did primarily healthcare...
How much money is enough money? I know you’re probably raising an eyebrow at this question but I grew up in a financially unstable household and I never had talks with parents about money matters… grateful to have a salaried legal now job but am always wondering… when will it ever feel like there’s enough?

Can anyone give any insight on pros vs. cons on cyber security vs. Data analytics? I’m looking into making a change but not sure which degree is more fundamental. Looking to stay in Healthcare
Which FAANGS + Tesla, Uber, Microsoft, Disney, and their attempting competitors in the Fortune 500 have the best perks? free lunches, employee shuttles, money for housing, highest RSUs, best office spaces, top equipment, etc I imagine it varies a ton from office to office so if you know own of any offices that are nicer I’m curious about that too. For example, ford factories are sometimes 100 years old and most are around 30 years but they all range in niceness/quality

If my firm allows both traditional and Roth 401K, which one should I invest in? 27 years old, $90k salary.
Let's say I have 100k invested in a SaaS startup that went public. I'm 28, employed, have another 35k invested in ETFs/dozen other stocks and have maxed out my 401k and roth contributions. I'm bullish on the startup for the long term. Would you: 1) Recoup your initial investment pre-IPO and let the rest ride 2) Sell the full 100k, pay capital gains tax, and diversify 3) A mix of both, and if so what allocation

Just drop everything into ARKK and grind at work to get more capital to dump more into ARKK. Their methodology works and is basically what we all want to do but maybe don't have the time to do. Tesla was great but even without it they are crushing the year. Fairly diversified too in tech for healthcare, manufacturing, software, internet etc.
Accenture peeps: how's the expense policy and benefits? Thinking of moving but I like my second cell phone and platinum card discount
I'm looking at moving to rollover my 401k in to something that supports BTC and alt coins. Any recommendations/ reviews on self directed IRA accounts out there that support crypto investments?

Can someone explain how they prioritize IRA after hitting the income limit so it is no longer tax deductible? I believe it becomes lower priority than HSA and 401k. Thanks!
Does anyone know what Accenture tuition reimbursement policy is for someone pursuing part time masters?
What is your opinion on GARP financial Risk Manager (FRM) certificate? I am considering taking it (as I am FS Risk Consulting), but I am not sure if it really carries benefits. Apparently it is quite a tough study. Is it worth the time or should I invest my time elsewhere? Also do you have learning material you are willing to share :D?
Which benefits do you value the most?
How does disclosing our disability status in job apps impact our chances of getting interviewed?
Did anyone apply for an employment based Green Card in 2020, how long did it take to get your EAD? I’m currently filing an EB2 NIW application and I may have to take an unpaid LOA after my STEM OPT expires and trying to gauge how long it may be for

If you’ve ill informed friends and families about the virus and race, please call them out and inform them of the realities. The virus is a problem in itself, we don’t need more racism and violence.
Is anyone in here in Accenture’s T&O strategy practice? Trying to understand manager salary expectations? How is the culture? What about the work?
I know this is a story that repeats in this bowl but I’ve finally reached my end with this industry. While the pay is great, I’ve grown to dread work. I understand that client side isn’t utopia but where else does a “seasoned” ad person end up?
Why did Deloitte’s federal practice have layoffs? Given that the clients are large government entities. I can understand it happening in commercial but federal makes no sense
Thought this was a great interview with James Carville - as someone who feels pretty center left, this mostly makes sense to me: https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.vox.com/platform/amp/22338417/james-carville-democratic-party-biden-100-days Fellow fish, where do you think the missing links are for the dems to win on these issues? I actually think Biden’s messaging strategy has been largely impeccable
Anyone else ever feel like a completely inadequate consultant? I'm struggling with performance quality on this project because I just feel dumb and it demotivates me to really strive to improve. Possibly also impacted by burnout because I performed well on other engagements and enjoyed my teams more. Just not sure where to go from here to get where I need to be.
