Guys. Im switching from TCS Chennai after 11 years for the 1 time. Current CTC is 13 LPA.

Holding offers till 25.5 LPA with complete remote from a European based core firm. I do not really wanted hunt for more CTC rather i expect a professional work environment with work life balance.

What do you think and suggest for me ?

One more thing. I wanted to withdraw the 4L total outstanding PF. Will it be okay?

I just got an offer that is 15k lower than the original range that I was interviewing for. I have 8+ year of experience and the job was listed for 9+. There was supposedly 10% annual bonus to make up for the gap but the offer didn’t explicitly confirm this number and just said “more details to come later”. Same is said for signing bonus. How should I go about negotiating?
