It is yours to lose at this point. It is probably just overall fit with the team and organization and double checking that you have the right skills and personality. Just be natural, and calm but enthusiastic about the role and company. The organization would not waste the COO’s time if they didn’t think you could succeed in the role. Consider yourself 95% of the way there and take it home.
