Hi guys, I have worked in an international b2b sales role, my manager who is located in US offered to give me a reference letter, it was aligned that I will compose the letter for him to sign ...In my EU country were we typically don’t do these documents .....I found some examples in the internet but would be interested to see some real life sales specific letters..... what is mandatory for such document to be included and how did yours look like ...would appreciate any input from your side

Forget COVID and the economy being in shambles. If I want to max my salary by jumping to a new firm, every few years, but don’t want to be seen as a flight risk, how often should I jump?
