4th yr Teacher - I had my little one in Nov of ‘18, and I’ve been at home with him ever since. I report in 3 days to a new school in a new district! I’m already having separation anxiety! Any tips?!

Did anyone here take a consulting job right out of undergrad, even though consulting wasn’t your major or industry per say? If so, how is your experience going and what would you say to someone about to start in that situation?

Today (day 99 with my employer) I was put on a performance improvement plan. Such a shit show of a company! After the offer, and before my start date the company reorganized the department… new boss and department reporting structure. Too late for me to renegotiate, and my job at my former employer was not a fallback option. On day 3 one of the only long term employees in the department accepted a different job. Sooo many red flags! I need to jump but I don’t have anywhere to land.

What brands or in-house creative teams use humor or a comedic voice in their advertising? The first ones that come to mind are Geico and Snickers but I think their work is done by agencies.

Would you take a paycut to work at a hospital?
Im currently a LTC pharmacist. My hours are consistent (mornings) and I work one weekend a month. Also, the workload is actually not that bad. However, I just got an offer from a hospital as a staff pharmacist. It is a non profit organization so I would be able to get my student loan forgiven after working for 10 years. But schedule is really random and I would have to work every other weekend. Plus, I would get paid less. Should I just stay?

My three are all in middle school and high school doing the hybrid and are home by themselves Monday -Wednesday.
