Maternity/belly band - how long did you use it and is it still something you’d recommend if i have a decent pile of maternity pants already by the end of my 2nd tri?

Parent partners - how do you get help for your children while being able to take care of your business? Au pairs? Nannys? Family? Wife is pregnant with our first and trying to formulate a support plan so I don't fall too far behind professionally...

Moms, do you have recommendations for formula? My baby is 5 and half months old, and I want to supplement with formula, just a few ounces every day. She had some Similac and enfamil samples, and don’t have any negative reaction with either.

Moms help me. I'm resentful that I got pregnant and now stuck dealing with the exhaustion of a newborn and recovery. My soul mate Hubby wanted kids, not me, but since it was "something he couldn't live without" I agreed since I was on the fence. He's super helpful and we have family to help out, which is more than most moms. But the exhaustion and PP depression is making me resent my decision and him. Baby is perfect, a regular healthy full term joy. I'm so blessed. But so miserable. Help.

Today is my first day back at work (and first full day back in my physical office) after a few weeks off for parental leave. Needless to say, I am struggling to stay focused on anything other than wanting to go back home to my spouse and child. I know I shouldn't take an emotional temperature on day one, but it has been more difficult being back than I anticipated. Any tips for navigating the waters for the first day/week/month back?

Hi Moms! You guys have been a great resource for me throughout pregnancy. This is my 2nd baby. First was a c-section, and for this one I’m ctrying for a VBAC. I’m at 38 weeks, so baby is coming any day now. Any tips for labor and delivery? I’ve been doing research and taken classes, but would love any guidance you can offer. Also, let me know if there are any must have post-partum items I have to get for a vaginal delivery.

I feel very conflicted about whether to jump into an EM consulting role from industry. My husband is older, has switched jobs to a role that pays significantly less to his previous one pre-lay offs. We have 1 baby and I think I want a second. We really need this jump in salary to make this work. Irrationally I’m afraid that by not seeing my daughter Mon-Thurs for a few years it will damage our relationship and we won’t be close. Can people give me some real perspective?

Attempting to renter the workforce after a 2 year hiatus due to health issues followed by the pandemic. During this time off I had minor success running a small business, but not enough to pay the bills. I have 3 YOE, 1.5 as a Loan Officer, and 1.5 as a consultant within compliance and Fintech. It seems pretty fun but a huge learning curve to drive remotely reasonable and barely getting beyond 3rd gear before crashing unless it's a huge straightaway. Not sure if it's skill or settings.
