Hi , The project that I am working on is really complex and still many requirements are unclear. Due to this I have to stretch 10-11 hours daily and as a result my WLB has taken a toll. To whom I should bring this concern with ?

Started in big 4 Tax 1yr ago but was pulled on a Consulting project 10 months in. After the Consulting project, I can’t see myself going back to Tax. Mine’s the hours, which is not normally my issue. I billed 230 for June and July and am already at 145 for August. My ability to focus is getting worse by the day, so I’m working longer to bill the same hours and have had to pull a couple all nighters. I burst into tears this morning when a client changed plans and now wants a major project by end of month, on top of my other deadlines next week... I just want to sleep.

Partner is giving non-billable work related to a project that is ramping up later this month. Problem is, I'm on a billable project... Advice on diplomatically handling? I had interviewed with PwC India for Business Analyst role at Pune location, my both Manager round and Client round went well. However I have still not received any call/ offer from HR. I did call the HR she told me that they have not heard back from the Client.
Any idea how much time does the HR can take if they want to give offer.

I get triggered by all the carb haters out there. I’m not bashing keto or whole 30 or whatever other short term diet you’re into but stop telling everyone carbs are bad for you, the root cause of weight gain or that they should be eliminated from your diet. A well balanced diet includes healthy complex carbs. Do your research people.
