As a side-hustle I'm the Communications Director of a campaign for Congress with our primary tomorrow. This morning our candidate (who is challenging a 30-year incumbent in one of the largest US cities) woke up to find somebody threw a brick through her windshield. She's a little shaken, but we're pressing forward. In brighter news, polls have us within two points of the incumbent with 28% still undecided and the Mayor voted for us.

I think that the legal age of retirement should be the limit for age on running for public office in any political setting. Exceptions apply for things like park rangers and whatnot but local reps/senate/house/president/appointed roles etc should all have an age limit.
