Lol this happened to me before. If same gender, maybe harmless; if different gender, I wouldn’t engage.

Interesting. This is like the fake instagram accounts all the kids are doing these days. But definitely valuable, I should have done this years ago

I agree with other comments - you’re perfectly entitled to ignore. Although I think they are also entitled to make the request, even if possibly a breach of conventional boundaries.
As an aside a lot of my pro bono clients are charity / NGOs and I find making friends with them enriching as it gets me away from the big law bubble.
