My back still hurts from last week, these fancy ergonomic office chairs seem to somehow feel worse then the regular ones...

Seriously. Maybe it’s like a nudge: “fine, fine - give me the damn standing desk!”

Agreed!! Standing desk and constant little breaks to walk have worked wonders for me. Although above all lots of nyc walking has done the trick of saving my back entirely. Ergonomic chairs always made my back worse, or the same (lots of soreness and frustrating pain).
