Graduated 2019, admitted late 2019, been practicing almost three years. First two in LT lit, then almost a year in transactional. Making $70k now working from 9:30-7:00.. almost non- stop. No time for lunch type of work dynamic. Daily tasks: Attend 1-2 closings and 1-2 signing contract with client . What are the consequences when I abscond during notice period from my big service based company that I am working currently, will it create a problem in future if I try to join another company after a few months during bgv. Will it create legal issues. I'm working in a company that I like, but I'm been quite underpaid. We recruited a new recruiter with a salary 25% more than the one I'm in. I've been approached by other companies, but I wouldn't like to leave, the only reason I would consider moving to a new job is the salary. Should I be open and discuss it with my LM? The formal salary review process is approaching in 2 months, but no way I could get a good salary increase in the formal process, I believe the max could be 6%-7%.

Anyone else using the Welltory app? I enjoy using it but the data indicates I am usually in the red zone, which is definitely not healthy. Based on the limited knowledge I have, I suspect I’ve got chronic stress. Aside from Welltory, lmk if you have any tips to turn off the fight or flight zone.

Trainer just asked me to do bare minimum cardio.
Running, stepper, crunches, cycling, jumping and I feel so dead.
