6th September is my joining date in EY GDS. I have received the New Hire email with Orientation WebEx links already. I have kept Mindtree offer as a backup. Shall I inform Mindtree that I am not joining today? Or I shall wait till 5th September? I heard that you should alway keep an backup offer till your date of joining for safety?
