Do you have a rash with it on your belly? You may have PUPS. I had it with my first! It was awful. Yes it’ll go away. But it’s worth a call to your doctor too. They told me how much Benadryl I was able to take and told me the most effective and safe anti-itch cream to use. I should have bought stock in that company I used so much. I’m sorry you’re having to deal with it, all I can offer is hope as it will go away either by or after delivery!
No rash and no stretch marks either. Just really uncomfortable itching:(
Itching is normal- brought on by the skin stretching.. nothing to be worried about
:( well, no rash is good! (Trying to find a bright side). Would still recommend a call to the doctor or nurses line. They may have some good advice. I think I also took some long soaking baths (watching the temperature of course) with an aveeno product of sorts that helped too. Good luck! I hope you find some relief.
Thanks BA1, appreciate it!! Will be giving my doctor a call
I had that too. Dr recommended a lotion called Sarna the anti-itch one and it was super helpful. Though it made me feel a little cold in the moment
I'm currently 7 months pregnant and every night I get so itchy too. It's awful! Hope we both see some relief soon.
Use palmers cocoa butter cream. You can get any drug store. Works wonders and it helps tremendously
I had terrible skin itching around 8 months too!
I had it so bad around 7 months. Cocoa butter helped for me. Lots of lotion!
