Yaup. Hang in there!
Also 7 weeks and experiencing this! Glad to know it’s not just me.
Ditto!
i had the same experience
I keep freaking out that something is wrong on the days where I feel relatively fine. I know I should probably be thankful I’m not sick every day but we conceived after years of trying and IVF so hard not to be worried!
Totally normal (the symptoms and the worry)! Congratulations and wishing you the best!
Thanks for the validation!
This might be a stupid question. But how do pregnant women deal with the nausea at work? Do you excuse yourself to go throw up? Do you ever just throw up suddenly and “not make it” to the bathroom? As someone who wants to start a family soon, this scares me because I have a horribly weak stomach.
You get used to it, in a weird way. I always chewed really strong peppermint gum and kept an eye on the nearest trash. Most of the time I dry heaved more than actually threw up.
Normal to come and go and totally normal about the worry. We have an infertility rainbow baby so I totally understand the worry and fear! Ginger tea or ginger ale, lemon (tons of fresh lemon in ice water) and peppermint helped me a ton. And goldfish crackers.
Yep. It gets better after you enter second trimester. Also, you might be sensitive to some smell. I can’t smell Indian food, even thinking about it, make me nauseous. I used to love Indian food. Then, later joins the Thai and Japanese food. Then weird cravings.
