New AWMA... curious to know what a reasonable salary expectation is and what the growth looks like for an associate within a growing ensemble. For context, background is more analytical, taking CAIA level 2 in a couple weeks, then plan on pursuing CFA.

What's the bonus structure at Slalom? Do they usually pay it completely? I recently got an offer from Slalom, but the bonus % is not mentioned in the offer. Just a generic clause that I'm eligible for bonus component.
Can anyone speak to Permira’ growth team in Menlo? What’s the comp / hours like? Thank you!
My company is paying for one credit card. I'm leaning towards Amex Platinum given the large 100k sign up bonus at the moment (which I'll be able to hit). People lean towards CSR because of the 3x on dining but I don't eat out that much (and additional perks, but I prefer the Amex for that). Should I grab the Amex Plat and not think twice?? Thanks!!
Director of Business Development at KPMG. What should I expect in terms of compensation?
2nd year SC in S&O finance, what can I expect for a bonus with a 3 rating? I had 90% utilization and solid reviews. Wonder if it’s worth staying until Sept or to leave for the right opportunity...

ConsultingHumor’s Instagram page (364k followers) did a massive compensation survey for top consulting firms in the US and internationally. Several thousand respondents with base and bonus salary for all the top (and some smaller) firms. Can be used when negotiating your next raise or to see if you want to jump ship to another firm. You can download the full spreadsheet of data at consultinghumor (dot) org
Would you be honest or just put something like work life balance. I have worked with really shitty people. It would be several. Like base compensation, skills not fully utilized, firm culture, communication issues, etc
Which advanced non-MBA degrees are the most common at your firm? If recruited from a grad program with a non-MBA degree, did you start at the same level, salary, compensation track as an MBA recruit?
Has anyone worked in the Capital Markets group at Latham in NY or know the culture there? Is the reputation as bad as K&E in terms of 2400-2800 hours per year? Also, how good are the year-end bonuses if you go past the yearly billable target? Any insights would be very much appreciated!
What is average base salary at EY Parthenon deal tech at director level ? How much is the signing bonus ? 🙏
I really don’t understand the hate against Diversity and Inclusion efforts. I grew up hearing my parents worry about being passed over for promotions and denied opportunities, due to race. It’s a real concern for black professionals.
Expecting someone to operate at the senior associate level for a year and not paying them as a senior associate salary is the most toxic behavior of public accounting firms.
I was having IT issues when my firm migrated to Microsoft teams. I was getting help and they took control to do their trouble shooting. After fixing the issue, he suddenly video called himself to test it all works. I was laying in bed naked when the cam turned on 💀

1 year and 3 month with two busy season experience, CPA licensed and CFE passed (don’t have two year experience yet), on a visa. What are the chances of me getting in forensic consulting? I’ve been cold calling people around but don’t seem like they are currently hiring.
I absolutely hate that HR essentially forces me to attend diversity workshops on how to be a successful Hispanic. Efforts should be focused not on race but economic background... am I the only one?
First Facebook offer 4 months paid parental leave, now Deloitte. Respect! 👍👍👍 We need more firms doing that!
