@EM I think Tesla may have a pullback from the massive gain it’s had that will coincide with the market. Just trying to gather some thoughts on it. Don’t have the capital to pull a BC move so I figure I’d explore other options (literally) 😭
@MCK I bought in too high...so I’ve been trying to dca average it a bit. Depending on how the market swings I think the theta may get me.

At some point the market will have to recognize what is happening. I'm sitting on cash waiting for more clarity, which we will likely get next week.

There is no bad news in a recession, people are already expecting the worst. Every small thing announced is a good news catalyst.
I also think now the move is to post better than expected but still shit earnings for more stock pop

This is my thoughts exactly - even the slightest beat will cause stocks to rally. An underperform people will chalk it up to Covid and go about their day. It will be so one sided.
Yes even I though so. Went up today due to leaked email and hopes of getting into SP500. If this doesn’t pan out after earnings number this week, then might go down 50-100 points at least. But only a small position in this play

Thinking about getting an August TSLA put (995ish or so) at open...didn’t get to grab one today or DCA my SPY OCT 296p which is running kinda expensive. Thoughts on either?

@EY1 a I picked up $33 strike call when it was floating around $33 yesterday and also picked up a $30 strike call today. Both for August 21. Early because I’m already down on the 33s, and i wasn’t patient enough. I initially planned to buy end of Wednesday, but started buying yesterday (too early).
