For your resume, how many bullet points under your XP with your firm straight out of college is too many? I’m a senior and don’t have anything else since college that’s relevant. Also, how do you feel about a small section above the bullets detailing the position (where the bullets are more about your achievements in the position)

First year associate thinking about making the just from medium sized reputable IP firm to In House. Started at said firm summer of 1L year as a law clerk/patent agent in May 2019, have worked through school and full time as associate since Sept 2021. Feeling very “stuck” in day to day work. URM, 710 gmat (got up from a 440), solid volunteering, 3.5 ug from t30, first gen Latino - grew up working in the fields. Realistically, where do I have a chance?

The Johnson interview is via Skype. Does anyone know how it works? I booked my interview online and provided my Skype ID but there is no link shared or anything. R2 Sloan applicants - did you include quantitative areas that you covered in high school if it was just part of the math curriculum? Eg I never took stats or probability in college but definitely had a solid enough foundation from high school to not need a refresher for the GMAT...

Do schools distinguish between what group in a firm you’re in? For example, would it be seen as worse to come from Accenture Federal Services than to come from Accenture Strategy, or do they just see Accenture and bucket you based on the larger firm brand? Some other examples: Deloitte Commercial vs. Deloitte GPS, McKinsey Implementation vs. McKinsey Strategy, etc.

Hey guys, I'm thinking of starting to study for the GMAT (1 year into ACN). I got a 700 on my first diagnostic with 0 prep or context. Weak in quant (presumably since i dont know any shortcuts, questions took too long). Do you think 740+ is attainable if i study hard? (btw I thought the 700 might have been a fluke so I gave another diagnostic without prep and got 690)

So I have two offers on the table : Tuck vs Yale SOM. I am getting 40k scholarship from Tuck and nothing from Yale.

I'm planning on going into consulting afterwards and am not sure what school to attend. I know Tuck's group oriented teaching is slightly more geared towards consulting.

What has been making me hesitate is the global presence of what Yale has in its name.

Not banking on this or being a URM but was just curious if this impacts any metrics schools report on their class profiles.
