No, they are not all like this. I worked at EY before and the evaluation process was less convoluted.

Sorry to hear it OP . Are you an experienced hire ? If yes I can understand your frustration.
I would say worry less about evaluation and focus on building your skills . In D it’s simple if you in the network you all good otherwise you are just a resource Best part is you are on a project and it will have an end date so when you move you may find some new people and enjoy the work. Evaluations are never fair so reason out what is applicable and you know your worth so don’t worry much . Reviews definitely impacts your bonus but you have a life to live and it’s not only work so enjoy your day.

I keep hearing how it’s difficult for experienced hires to network at Deloitte. Is it because the current set of Deloitters don’t let in EHs? Or something broader with the culture?
