8 weeks later and I am still testing positive for covid. But since I am symptom free for over 3 weeks I can return back to work. They say I am not contagious...i do have antibodies. But I am still nervous about spreading it.

Maybe that means you had a lot of virus and a lot of antibodies? I am glad you are feeling better. I'm sure a lot of people are working with false negatives so you are no more infectious than them. Guilt isn't an emotion you need on top of everything else. Obviously the decision is mostly out of your hands and as informed as we can be at this point. Patients will be lucky to have someone who understands their fears and experiences. Best of luck

I’m a health advisor and looking to grow my network to be an influencer. I hope you don’t mind me reaching out to connect with you. I work with self employed individuals and realtors to help them find great affordable coverage. I find that a lot of self employed individuals have bad health plans or are paying too much for the plan they have. I just wanted to offer my services. I am also looking for referral partners and to help educate individuals on health insurance.

HELP my friends! I’ve been invited to a recruiter screen for the initial interview with HR for Global Safety Associate. This job mainly deals with Adverse event/high prescribing meds product complaints. In my current role I deal with on boarding pt & getting patients work done from A-Z till they get on their meds. The only part which is similar is that I’m the main point of contacts for pt so I can report their complaint to Health Canada. How can I convince them I can handle this new job

My previous manager would track us by hours daily, made a fuss everytime anything stretched and guilt us for that and the unplanned leave too unless it was COVID. Hinted him a lot of time, this is problematic but apparently he considered it "standard practice for agile".

Now 8/10 teammates have switched within < 1 year of project start (6-7 months with him) which tbh had good work in our opinion and even team was fun to work with even though none of us ever met in person.

One of the best things about COVID lockdown: The pause on “how many points?” posts in this bowl.

Looking to leave but trying to conceive ( 1 year now and having fertility issue). I am sticking around cause the flexibility is great with me need to see RE and get blood draw. But also concerned I'm just going to end up not leaving if I never get pregnant :( Upcoming year will be a new client for me and I know it'll bring stress. However a new role in industry might not be as easy either and I'll need to prove myself, where as currently I'm already regarded as a high performer and gained trust.

Hi folks, good day.
I have experience of 4.5 years, mostly in .NET / C#.
I have decent knowledge on Java and a bit of Spring boot.
I am currently employed in a service based organisation.
I want to shift to a product based organisation for better quality work and obviously better pay.

How much time will it take to make this shift? And what do I need to study for it?
If someone has had a transition from a service based organisation to a product one, how did you achieve it?

Thanks in advance.
