Hi everyone I have been having major energy issues lately. Once it gets dark, the second it gets dark my energy levels just drop and all I want to do is lay on the couch and watch TV, and lately that’s been around 4:30 pm here. Any recommendations on how to get over this slump?

Has anyone experienced what feels like dramatic blood sugar decreases without having diabetes? I’m a 5’5 F, somewhere between 105-110 lbs and sometimes (if not often) I will realize I’m so hungry I feel like I’m about to faint and can’t focus on anything else. I eat very regular meals. I also have very low blood pressure..could that be it? Obviously will talk to my dr about it too, but asking here first.

Any tips for organizing a bedroom, closet, dresser & bathroom? My teen has IADHD, and low executive functioning. Her room looks like a land mine. Clean clothes are mixed in with dirty, her desk is a disaster, she won’t let go of clothes she’s outgrown, drawers are open with clothes hanging out. A therapist said to close her door if we don’t want to see it but it’s more than that. She needs this important life skill & I don’t know how to help. Easier to organize w/o her but that’s not a solution.

Does anyone get depressed on a sort of seasonal schedule? Not like SAD, but in cycles throughout the year that seem to track to the same time period each year.

My Obgyn is offering weekly classes that range from “childbirth” to “infant cpr” and mom/dad “meet and greets”. Outside of the cpr one which seems important, did anyone attend classes and find them useful? Or did not attend classes and wish they had? Hello! I’m only about 4 weeks pregnant, so super early. I am about to go on vacation and thankfully did a quick search on some “dos and donts” for the first trimester. I am v disappointed to see I shouldn’t do saunas and hot tubs as my vacation was really planned to be all relaxation. But it got me thinking, could you all share the most surprising pregnancy do or don’t you’ve encountered? I feel like I just need a master list cause there seem to be so many limitations 😭

26 weeks pregnant and I’m really struggling. Fatigue ,back pain that extends to my leg and feels numb , unending hunger. I’m working from home but I’m not productive at all. Random thought. I would describe the tiredness you feel in pregnancy like a heavy stone tied to you that just drags you down and you’re too tired to care or try to fight it.

For me it’s not super constant or frequent but when I get that tired I feel like I become part of my mattress. 😂😴
