Any Sony Corporation, Epic Games, or Rockstar Games Producers here? I wanted to know a bit more about the development workflows and different teams involved in delivering features for live service games. I’m interviewing with a team working on a live service game platform and I’d like to understand the complexity and breadth of the work their live service teams do (Account creation/mgmt, UI/UX, Security, Content Mgmt, Social, Community, Art, Databases, Front-end dev, networking, etc.).

As a former Fortune 500 - Fortune 100 recruiter ans HR Project Manager:
1) Identify what it is you want to do - corporate recruiting or being a project manager (presuming that’s PM).
2) If you’re open to both- I hope you’re modifying your resume for all of those 150 applications - otherwise that’s a large reason you’re seeing no movement.
3) in the States, your resume is not a career highlight reel - it is only relevant information about what you did as it relates to the job you’re applying for - so, your recruiting background - look at the job description, what are they emphasizing? SLAs? KPIs? Is it certain experience with particular jobs or technology like WorkDay or Taleo? Your resume needs to speak directly to that job.
4) Format matters - bullet points only - 1-3 per year at a company is a decent idea - not the rule but a decent guideline - you don’t want 10 bullets of your job duties - we want bullets of what you did, specifically as it pertains to what the job description is talking about - if they want you for college recruiting emphasize your recruiting fair experiences with college students, or emphasize the fact you recruited X amount of students, or developed pilot programs to improve student retention and you know what students want, etc.
5) go back to those places you applied, drop in an updated resume - those recruiting tools become repositories to find candidates.
6) if you want to be a PM, focus on those transferable skills, build your resume where you ran your recruitment the same way a PM runs a project, and shift your resume to be PM responsibilities, and hammer them out.
Good luck.

If you are interested in working with a career coach, my go to person is Melissa at thecareerwitch.com. She’s always been a massive help for me, and everyone I’ve referred has loved her also. She helped me in my military transition, and has helped me get from entry to sr leadership in about 5 years. I’d highly recommend setting up a call.
Amazing! Thank you
