Any experienced senior managers that have moved between Big 4 firms? Can you speak towards your experience, any struggles, and opportunities in terms of partner promotion? Frankly, EY path to partner seems to be too clouded (long pipeline, no clear direction/path, uncertainty on promotion cycles, etc.) at the moment and I would like to visit all options. Appreciate the input.

I don't know how sustainable model is this? 50k as base pay only? That to if you look at the basic and pf amount ,it is just penny. Top of that , they will not provide any laptop. It just like someone contact type of work.. Surely will not join...if you are not sure your employee will get project or bench ,don't recruit them..

Hi fiserv, How is bench policy in mphasis. I have heard that if you are more than one month on bench, you will not get salary till you are not assigned with any project. Is it true.

GCA Questions Help Hi everyone! I've had 2 rounds of interviews at Google (UK) for a non-tech role in Platforms & Ecosystems (L4/L5). Recruiter told me that I've been selected for the final rounds (GCA + Leadership Interview). From his feedback, one thing they wanted me to improve on was the GCA Questions.
