It’s going to be my first day at the gym!!! Wooooot! Wish me luck!

If you are ever looking for an app to help you track your workouts, I recommend the Strong App. This app helped me make a plan and really stay consistent. obviously no pressure, you’ll do great even if you go once a week, but I wish someone had helped me find a way to get organized when I first started! best of luck!

I was very naughty today. I had a margherita pizza and a super large piece of tiramisu. Going to eat healthy and work out the next few days to make up for this ✊🏽

My sister has had a very obvious and bad cold for a week and still:
1. went to the office on Wednesday
2. Had dinner with our extended family (incl. 87 yo grandma) yesterday
3. Had lunch with the same people today

I’m livid. Should I be? She could at least worn a mask while not eating? I refused to sit at the table.

A few years ago I slipped a disk in my lower back. Some doctors said I needed surgery to fuse it. That didn't sound good so I looked up alternatives. Through listening to binaural beats, using a tuning fork set to 528hz, and yoga I am now able to move and function just fine.
