Guys there’s this boot camp that I came across that trains people to get jobs in Top consulting firms and has a fee plan wherein you pay once you get placed. I just wanted to know if someone here has any experience with this ?

Same story except 110% utilization with people actively reaching out to me to work with me. I learned from someone I put on my interview list that my RP was deliberately asking leading questions trying to get people to say negative things about me. You can't win in that situation and I still don't know why I was targeted.

I know that verticals had quotas (rp told me), it's fucked up that rps had individual quotas

Ok, that's messed up. I make an excuse to see my Rp at least once every two weeks. What level are you guys.

Yup I am MC in FS and get really weird vibes from S& Directors. Seniors down are fine though. Are you an SA?

Sorry to hear that OP. I had great snapshots but lowish utilization but I was with the firm for only 10 months. The incredible thing is I never met my relationship partner. Even on the day of the layoff, he called in with only the HR guy there in person! You are not alone, don't doubt your capabilities. Think about what next instead of why you.
Don't want to give away too much- TICE. My severance was only 2 weeks. I used to talk on the phone with my RP every month so I wasn't even out of touch. Oh well, if I couldn't survive in this environment that means it wasn't for me.

Looks like RPs may have been given a quota. Have is healthcare?
@S&6 - my demise was a result of internal P&Ls not being aligned (I.e - S& doesn't get credit because my WBS code rolled up to an MC partner) - easy excuse for counsel out
@S&6 - the sad part is I felt like I was treated better working with MC than S& - for as much as the partners have it out for each other between MC and S& - the reality is MC treats their employees like they are valued rather than a lap dog
Yeah im below manager level. I think we're cool but directors and partners can be real nightmares
