9/14 check-in: What is everyone planning to do today?

For me- unable to make it to the gym today, but will try to walk and use my kettlebell later.

Today I flopped 🤦‍♀️ no gym, just sofa after 3 days gumming straight! I’ll take it as rest day, tomorrow we move!

Travel/Rest Day! Got about 4k steps only between airport and my bed cuz I slept through the afternoon 😂

Back home and ready to get back into workouts starting tomorrow 🙌🙌🙌

The new guy from yesterday again 🙋‍♂️

Same basic routine again today. Morning swim, midday weights, evening cardio.

Today:
A short light swim of 30min (complete)
Max weight low rep back squats (complete)
Basic body functional circuit later tonight: a lot of jump rope, some pushups and pullups, light running, sled push and pull, etc

Food:
Breakfast - whole apple, steel cut oats with fresh blueberries, coffee, water
Snack - almonds, tea
Lunch - Tuna salad with lots of green veggies and some fruit, water with cucumber and melon
Snack - protein shake and tea
Dinner - Grilled chicken, green veggies, beans, diet soda (my weakness)

I hope everyone is successful with their fitness today and enjoys it!

The WLB is key, can't stress that enough for others. No way I could have this routine if I worked 8+ hours a day period, or any amount of hours outside my home.

If you guys have an Apple Watch and used to go to HITT classes and strength classes at the gym, Apple fitness plus ain’t that bad. Good for rowing and treadmill too. Definitely recommend it if you prefer to workout at home or at your apartment gym.
