How do you all meet people? I work 60 or more hours a week and travel around 70% of the year. I'm not really a tinder type person, but I'm about desperate enough to try anything these days.
Any ex-consultants working at a fund? I'm breaking my back to catch up on all the technical skills the ex-IB guys already possess.
Whats good between these offers
1) Meesho -25lpa fixed,8lpa esops
2) 6sense - 28 lpa fixed , 10 lpa esops
Both are remote and for Senior analyst role,Checked Glassdoors and feels 6sense reviews are fake/Unreal
While Meesho industry feels unsafe
Hi! I was wondering if anyone here has any tips for dealing with burn out? I have been noticing a real lack of focus and exhaustion lately that I can’t shake. It is starting to bleed into my personal life too. I’m a single mom to a 5yo boy so I’m always tired 🤦♀️. I love my company and role, but I keep getting more little projects. It makes me proud that they feel like I am doing a good job, but I am worried about how much I have been slipping recently.

My partner is looking for a remote
work job as a senior marketing
associate or marketing associate
manager position. She has about 3
years experience in B2B and running
campaigns. Anyone here can help
with a referral to get an interview?
Will happily share resume/cover
letter if needed. She's looking for
$110k-$120k TC. Thanks in
advance to all mentors here!
When in a new role how often is it ok to ask questions to manager for direction? There are things I am sure I can research to possibly find an answer. But asking manager would save a lot of time. Do mangers get annoyed when you ask too many questions?
Take this scenario: at work you email an account team about a customer. A particular account manager doesn’t like your response and goes to your equal male counterpart to question you...as far as if you are technically savvy to handle the issue or know what you’re talking about. These issues have me seeing red and I have no idea how to address them other than just contacting “up the chain.” Thoughts? Because I feel like I’m constantly being undermined.
Related to Philly Starbucks incident, what do we think of Richard Ross’ response?
Pasting video of his response in comments section.

Honestly- who lives in Chicago by choice? Not because of a job / family. I’ve lived here a bunch of years and never have I met someone that lives here for any other reason. 🤷♀️🤷♀️
Don't bully your kids. Understand the law. They DO NOT have to stand for the pledge, no matter how you personally feel about it.
I always thought it was strange that agencies rarely let candidates know the client until they are towards the end of the process. My position has way more job security than others simply because I work for a CPG client. Those in the same role on other accounts (e.g. airlines, hotels, fitness) have been furloughed or even laid off just because of the nature of the industry their client is in.
Do we think agencies will have to be more transparent and let candidates ultimately chose the client?
Just left the corporate off-site of 2 days of nearly all white male panel discussions, and being 1 of 5 black people in a room of 200... feeling very uninspired
