Interview for northwestern Kellogg PT MBA is scheduled! Any advice on the format and why did you choose Kellogg over other programs?

May be a dumb question but at what point do you have to submit your FAFSA/look into financial aid for an MBA program (outside of merit scholarships)? Is it before/around the application deadline or only after you’ve been accepted?

I need some advice. I'm currently a Talent Acquisition Manager, have 4 years of recruitment experience and another 4 years of other HR exp. I have done 2 big system implementations, from RFP to mapping out the requirements etc, been recruiting for plenty of tech positions. Built an advanced analytics team and really got ingrained in the data science community. I'm pretty "techy" I can do basic coding etc. I would like to Pivot into a Product Manager type. Thinking of getting scrum/agile cert.

Moms, what are your base annual salaries, your child care arrangement and expenses, and number of children? I make 175k base, have 3 kids, pay about 40k plus taxes for nanny, 10k for preschool, and additional for backup care and summer camp for the oldest. Is an MBA somewhat required to be able to properly start and manage a company? I'm talking at a "skills" level. I don't have economics background and was wondering what could be the best path to get that knowledge, on the highest grade possible. Just made M at Accenture and will make $155k. I have an offer to join McKinsey as a BA for $90k. I do really like my team and projects at Accenture and was able to progress fairly accelerated to M at ACN (so maybe could keep it up for progression to SM?). But also I know how much people value the MBB brand. Thoughts?

Team was laid off. I was moved to a different service line. New service line manager salary is 10-20% higher than my current salary. No performance based raises this year at my firm. My utilization is low as I’m spending time getting caught up. Glad to still have a job but should I bring up a salary adjustment? Current plan is to wait until my utilization is on par with the rest of the team.
